In typical '900 building, sunny apartment on the second floor, no elevator, comprising 2 double bedrooms, dining room (all with air conditioning hot / cold), bathroom with shower, kitchen and large terrace area which is particularly can eat and relax. The apartment is furnished with charm and is equipped with 2 double beds (upon request we can add a single bed), TV, washing machine, electric oven.

The apartment is located in the historic district of San Lorenzo. The proximity to the University makes it very lively, full of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. In the district you can still breathe in the popular air of Rome. We had a great time in Rome staying in this charming apartment with nice roof terrace. A little way out of town but public transport is good.

Marco was very helpful with good advice on local amenities etc. He even took us to a particular pizza restaurant we asked about. He couldn't have been more helpful.

This is not 5 star but is good value for money and we would recommend it for short breaks and a good base to explore the city. Very clean and tidy with all basic amenities you would expect.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is well located near to several public transportation options yet is quiet. The surrounding neighborhood offers several good eating options and a supermarket nearby.

The terrace is nice and the beds are comfortable.
Marco is very helpful and accommodated us on a later departure.

It's a good value for money, which is hard to find in Rome!

First at all i would like thank you Marco to stay in your app. Only that, next time we need more time.
Cozy and clean. Terrace ++. Aircondition ++
We got a lot of infos in advance , so we did not spended time for searching!
++ for flexible check in.

Everything was close, however, was a quiet apartment.

We enjoyed. Thank you !

Rome is great to see, though very large. This apartment is located just right to catch busses to anywhere. The back balcony was a plus, we really enjoyed hanging out.

Local food here was a plus. The euro 4.40 kebabs were the best I have had, just around the corner. The pizza's at Il Podista are not to be missed.

There are three grocery stores, the one on the apartment street itself is the best, great vegetables, and prices.

Marco was great, we did have a AC unit run out of gas, he fixed it the same day. I would stay here again and suggest this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

Nice and convenient

Nice clean apartment, conveniently located for transportation in a good neighbourhood (university). The aptio was very nice for dining etc, and the air conditioning inside was a real bonus as the temperature was in the high 30s every day we were there.

Marco is a gem. He provided lots of useful information and was always ready with advice.

Good, well priced place to stay in Rome.
