Description of the Folly Beach vacation house rental
If you need to get away, Shealy Vacation Home at the Beach provides an opportunity for some fun in the sun. Located at Folly Beach on the outskirts of Charleston, South Carolina, this beach house has an ocean view and direct beach access right across the street.
In addition to its wonderful location, Shealy Vacation Home at the Beach is large enough to accommodate a family get-together, sleeping twelve in comfort. Down the center of the home is the combined kitchen, living room, and dining room, with two bedrooms and a bath on each side. Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, one room has two double beds, and a fourth room has a double bed plus bunk beds. All beds come with pillows, mattress pads, and bedspreads. An enclosed porch runs the width of the house, with a deck in the front. The utility room below has a small refrigerator, washer, dryer, commode, and sink, and convenient outside showers are both in front and in back.
Location
With the home just across the street from the beach, you'll be at the water in no time, ready for swimming, boating, surfing, fishing, or just sunning. You'll also be able to fish from Folly Beach Pier. Nearby Charleston offers all of its history, including Fort Sumter, a variety of museums, and historic homes. Visitors enjoy walking around downtown Charleston through its many boutiques, antique shops and restaurants and shopping at the new Tangier Outlet Mall in North Charleston. Linksters will want to play a round or two of golf in the brisk sea air. When you just want to kick back and enjoy your surroundings, relax on the porch, one the deck, or in the enclosed back yard.
The Shealy Vacation Home at the Beach promises the laid-back beach lifestyle that is such a refreshing change from city life.

Additional amenities include central heat and air. Of course, the beach is the best place to purchase local seafood, and preparation is a snap, either in the full kitchen or on the barbecue grill on the concrete slab under the house. The kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and utensils. You can enjoy your meal either in the dining room, outside on the deck, or under the house on the picnic table. No smoking in the house. No pets. No house parties.
