Enjoy breathtaking, unlimited ocean views from everywhere in the unit! Watch the sun rise over the ocean and dolphins swim by our deck. The water is so close you can practically reach out and touch it. Lounge at the multi-level ocean view deck, inlet viewing area, or pavilion right within our complex. Enjoy our upland sandy beach or beautiful garden courtyard (including a barbecue area). The unit was freshly painted in November 2006, wireless high-speed Internet is available, and the beach is generally available at low tide. We are right next door to Ocean Point Pool, Ocean Point Golf Links (walk to the first tee!) and Ocean Point Grille (breakfast & lunch). Rates below do not include Amenity Card fees.

Fripp Island has 2 championship golf courses, 10 tennis courts, 4 restaurants, and incredible ocean and marshland scenery and wildlife. It is a small, private island 1/2 hour from Beaufort, S.C., a quaint town with excellent shopping and Historical/Civil War landmarks and activities. Savannah, Ga. and Hilton Head Island, S.C. are about 1-1/4 hours to the South, and Charleston, S.C. is about 2 hours to the North.
