This is a villa for those who are looking for something a little bit special. With 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges a stunning roof terrace and an outdoor pool, all located in the most prestigious neighborhood you’ll soon be rubbing shoulders with neighbors like Sir Elton John as you gaze down over the views of Nice from your lofty perch atop Mont Boron.

There is a stylish lounge on the entry level that has seating for 10 people and French windows that open up onto a terrace area running along the front of the building. There is a TV lounge on the basement level with a 42 “ flat screen TV, DVD player and seating for 8 people. The basement level can be used as a separate 1 bed apartment.

The separate kitchen features a built in microwave oven, oven, fridge, freezer, and electric hob and extractor.

The sumptuous dining room is full of light overlooking the garden. There is a stunning dining table for 10 people in a room with plenty of space. If you are looking to impress your guests this is it.

Mont Boron is the Beverley Hills of Nice with celebrities such as Elton John and Sean Connery choosing to live here. Villa Delphine is located at the top of Boulevard Du Mont Boron, a 20 min walk from the cafes and restaurants at the Port of Nice. The area is quiet and peaceful yet there is a large supermarket at the crossroads only a 1 minute walk away where you can find a diverse array of food and drink. The Old Town of Nice and the city center are approx 30 mins walk away. There are regular buses which can take you there in minute. Coco beach at the port is approx a 10 min walk away. (Please note these timings are an approximation and does not take into consideration walking difficulties or walking with small children)
