This villa with its cathedral ceiling is located in Parkside on the second floor overlooking a beautiful lagoon, full of Kiawah's natural beauty. This central location is perfect for families. It's a short walking distance from the ocean, park, tennis center, golf courses and the new Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. A screened-in patio and an open deck are completely furnished for your enjoyment. This is our home for the better part of 5 months a year which we have tastefully furnished with everything necessary for a memorable family vacation.

We have been going to Kiawah for many years and we found your place one of the highlights and amongst one of the best properties we rented in the past 20 years.

We were delighted with your condo and found that it had everything we needed to have a very special time on Kiwah. We look forward to next year and a rematch with the Kiawah marathon. Just wanted to let you and everyone know how much we enjoyed staying at your villa in Kiawah.

Kiawah Island is a fantastic getaway spot, and your villa is perfectly situated on the island. Peaceful and quiet, and very convenient to the beach, golf, the Sanctuary, and local shops.

The rooms are very comfortably furnished, the kitchen is nicely appointed, and the deck is a great place to relax and appreciate the natural beauty.

We look forward to visiting again and again.

I wanted to add our comment here as well as the condo guestbook.
My wife and I have stayed at the Leahy's condo on Kiawah two years now and both times have found it absolutely wonderful! It is so well appointed that it is literally is like staying in your own home. We certainly plan to come back as soon as possible.
