The Bittern is a traditional Norfolk Cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a sitting room/dining room, kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher and washer/dryer, three bedrooms, a twin with en suite (ground floor) Another double ground floor bedroom and a first floor single and shower room/toilet. There is an occasional bed, meaning that the twin can be made into a treble with three single beds. The lounge is comfortable with a new wine colored leather three piece suite and a flat screen TV. There is also a second flat screen TV in the twin room. The property is very close to the lovely traditional quay and the mini beach (tides permitting).

Blakeney is one of the most popular villages on the North Norfolk coast, known as the 'jewel' of the Norfolk coastline. It is an unspoilt coastal village with traditional cottages leading down to the historic quay. Walking and bird watching are popular as is sailing and swimming and of course children love crab fishing. It is very near Walsingham, Blicking Sandringham and Holkham. There is a lot to do in the area with gold, fishing, walking, sailing, swimming, hiking all options. There is also a large indoor swimming pool nearby for wet days. There is a variety of good restaurants and pubs in Blakeney all within walking distance. It is about two hours drive from London.
