Lovely modern 5 bed bungalow near the harbour and sandy with all rooms en suite.

This lovely modern 5 bed bungalow which has recently been refurbished is situated in a very quiet cul de sac only 200 yards from the seashore. It has five large en suite bedrooms.a new conservatory leading into a childs playroom,The main lounge seats 12 with tv / cd player sky and free wi fi .7 ft pool table with free play .Large dining area with seating for 12. we have a cot and travel cot and high chair free of charge.z bed for an extra guest.We have can accommodate 14 in the bedrooms.There are two good pub restaurants only 200 yards away and several more a short walk away. The property has private car park for 5 cars with gate. Only 200 yards from the beach and promenade with a gate access to the beach. The property has 5 double bedrooms all with en suite facilities 1 walk in shower/separate bathroom with some aids for people with poor mobility. There is a child's playroom with TV for video only and videos, toys and games. Supplied. Freeplay large pool table Free Wi fi.Asda, Doctor,Chem,Hairdresser, PO.'nearby Childrens village paddling pool and golf,3D cinema.Bowling alley.and many more attractions within walking distance.

There is a nice conservatory overlooking the car park.

Large kitchen with 6 burner stove .Dishwasher. Washing Machine. Fridge/Freezer etc

There is a 7ft pool table adjacent to the main lounge,and the dining area seats 12.

There is an air hockey game table in the middle hallway.

We have owned the property since 1984.It became a holiday home in 2001 as we felt it was in such a wonderful position for a holiday home being so close to the lovely sandy beach and all amenities.Although it is a very large property it is very cosy with efficient heating,and new double glazing throughout.Very quiet cul de sac and safe off road parking.Secure rear garden for young children.
