This home is everything you would expect for a luxury seasonal rental in Rancho Mirage. It is very nicely furnished and very clean. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The complex is beautiful and well maintained.

We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our family of six adults and 3 children, (ages 3 and 1 1/2) spent a wonderful week here. The owner had the home ready for us with pool fenced and pak n play and high chair, stroller and a car seat all available. The landscaping is wonderful and the kids were in the pool or playing with balls in a large grassy lot right next to the house. We enjoyed evening walks after supper in the quiet star lit complex of lovely homes. Everything you need in the large clean kitchen. There are two dining areas and a small kids table. Pool maintenance comes twice a week. The grandparents slept in the casita as it is smaller than the other rooms and away from early risers. We put one pak n play in the large master walk in closet and another in the den. It was cool in the evenings so we were happy to have the use of the laundry as we hadn't brought enough warm clothes. As with other VRBOs we've rented we wished we would have brought our own soap and personal care products. You will feel safe and relaxed in this lovely setting. Would recommend visiting the Living Desert Museum, didn't have enough time there before naps, and Kobe Steak House with the kids. There are plenty of golf courses to choose from. Yes would recommend this property!

Very Nice Home

This home is very nicely furnished and in great shape. The backyard was nicely landscaped with a jacuzzi that heated quickly. The complex is also first class. For us we found it conveniently located between Palm Springs and Indian Wells/La Quinta.

The only minor issue we had is the tree in the backyard sheds a lot of small leaves in the spring time and they land in the pool making it look less inviting.

The photos don't do the place justice. And the owner is readily accessible and easy to work with.

We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 7 adults and one child from Canada. We rented this property for 3.5 weeks. It is an absolutely gorgeous property. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was clean and in working order. The owner Craig was more than accomodating throughout the entire process from all the questions we had before renting to being available to answer minor concerns during our stay. He even had a child gate in place around the pool area for our grandson, as well as a high chair and various toys. The location is central to everything. Very quiet and safe community. We did all of our cooking in the well stocked kitchen and used the bar-b-que a lot. The outside landscaping was all in bloom during our stay and always well maintained. Would definitely rent this home again!!!!
