House was very close to the Scarborough Beach. I brought my bedding and towels but generally I had inside all I needed. Owner was friendly. I wish weather would l be better I will have to rent in August and not in September. Only thing bothered me was last night dog for some reason was barking half of the night and was hard to sleep
