Built in 1999 this 8000 square foot Villa with 8 Bedrooms and 5 1/2 Baths is situated on 25 acres. The Haus is well suited to comfortably handle large reunions, weddings, business meetings and socials gatherings. The 20' by 26' custom kitchen with coffee bar and several sofas is equipped with top line cooking equipment including a commercial refrigerator and stoves (1 electric stove and 1 gas). The floor plan is open and flowing with a fully stocked library/game room, huge dining room, great room, surround sound TV/DVD room, wet bar in basement with a soccer table and New Hot Tub Jaquici 470 rear deck. Wireless High speed Internet. The bedroom layout is: Top floor: 3 queen bedrooms with private full bathroom, 2 queen over sized bedrooms each with a twin bed and vanity - share a full bathroom in the hall. Ground floor: 1 queen bedroom with pull out sofa (not made up) 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds 1 bedroom with Double & Twin loft not made-up. Bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, Ohiopyle White Water rafting and canoeing Center and Hidden Valley Ski Resort are 12 mile, Directions: From Philadelphia & D.C.): Turnpike 70/76 - Somerset Exit. Route 31West. Go approximately 8 miles. Left - At Pioneer Park (7 Springs sign marks turn), T intersection turn right. Go past Seven Springs Resort main entrance than proceed 3 miles more. left onto Indian Head Rd - Huber Haus sign at junction. Go 2 miles - Right onto gravel driveway marked by wooden Huber Haus sign. Bear left toward house as proceed up drive. From Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Airport: PA Turnpike 70/76 - exit #91 Donegal/Ligonier. Turn left onto Route 31 East. Turn right at blinking yellow light onto route 711 South. Go 2 miles turn left at stop sign onto County Line Rd, Go 3 miles to Indian Head Rd turn right Go 2 miles Right turn onto gravel driveway

  • $850-$3400 Call for rates higher rates apply during peak seasons
  • Rates based on time of year & number of people in group. Guests may not exceed maximum number or a special events fee of $500 will apply.
    Some special weekend and weekly rates are available during the year.
    No refunds for cancellations.
    In the event of cancellation a 10% fee will be charged and every effort will be made to re-rent the Huber Haus. If the Haus is rented for less money the difference will be made up by the first renter. If for any reason the Haus can not be re-rented the total amount of the contracted price is due.
    200 Cash Security Deposit required. (returned within 2 weeks)
    Credit Card required for additional security and as payment in the event of cancellation.

The Haus has two large wrap-around porches with a variety of hanging chairs, rockers and tables. There is a large Vermont Casting Grill on front porch with a picnic table. The hot tub is on the rear deck with more seating. The front yard is large enough to play soccer. There is a 15' by 15' tree house and a bonfire/ camping area which is next to the kids playground complete with swings and hammock. The woods are yours to hike in and explore. Free High Speed Wireless Internet DSL available. Wireless G Compatible. Router located in Great Room. Please make checks payable to: Darrall Huber. In the event of cancellation a 10% fee will be charged and every effort will be made to re-rent the Huber Haus. If the Haus is rented for less money the difference will be made up by the first renter. If for any reason the Huber Haus can not be re-rented the original renter is responsible for the full contracted price.

Our family gathered here for an early Thanksgiving. The property, inside and out is beautiful, comfortable and enables one to relax, the perfect combination for an enjoyable gathering. Well maintained and spaceous.
