This deluxe three-story town home is strategically located just 5 yards from Camelback Mountain and its slopes. This is a true ski on, ski off location and offers all the comforts and amenities of home. Parking is convenient to the front door. In the winter enjoy an exciting day of skiing or snowboarding at Camelback Mountain. Camelback offers 33 trails, 13 lifts with two high speed quads, a snowboard park and a snow tubing park. In the summer experience Camelbeach Waterpark, where you can relax or ride 22 different water slides. There's also a wave pool and an Olympic-size swimming pool. No Smoking inside - outside only No Pets.

If water is not your thing you can play a game of miniature golf or ride the chairlift for fantastic views of the mountains.
