120 m2 in the most beautiful square, the cozy neighborhood of Barcelona itself, with life. Two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room and large kitchen American style in the city center and well connected. Floor typical late 19th century, totally renovated and decorated with touches you'll love. A 2 or three subway stops from the center of the city (Plaza de Catalunya). The 'today' Gracia historically corresponds to a small village near the ancient city of Barcelona through the current main street (Paseo de Gracia) and has maintained until today, its characteristics forming a very urban grid characteristic of ancient peoples (narrow streets, pedestrian plazas and many of them. reserved for pedestrians) The floor would be available for stays of three nights at an additional charge of 45 € for cleaning fee. The apartment is fully rented. No need to share it with anyone else.

Our family of four (3 adults and 1 teen) enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
It was clean and comfortable and had a great kitchen to work in. The air conditioning was especially appreciated during our warm August stay.
The plaza outside was interesting to watch local life and there are plenty of good places to eat all around. It was conveniently located to Gaudi's Casa Batlo and the Pedrera, and Guell Park was only a couple of metro stops away. Future visitors should take note of Javier's comments about the stairs being narrow, and especially narrower on the last flight up. People lugging heavy bags might find it tough. Javier was an accomodating and gracious host. He was helpful with suggestions about where to shop for groceries, where to park, and so on. We recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a neighborhood experience in Barcelona.

Great place in excellent location

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities (though it could do with a dvd player), very clean and bright, exactly as the photos show. Location on the square was great when travelling with children, plenty of space for them to run around while parents can sit and relax in the numerous restaurants and cafe's around the square. There was a small fiesta while we were there and we were treated to a full orchestra playing one evening.
Plenty of small unique shops in the area.
The owner was very helpful in every regard.
Highly recommended.
