Villa on two floors, 10 beds in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and sitting room

Villa of 150 square meters with 10 beds in 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), lounge with fireplace, sitting room and a kitchen. In the garden of 700 square meters around the house is a large stone table, a barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot and cold. Outside there is a washing machine (5 kg). The garden, in the context of a dense pine forest of the tombolo of Giannella has sunny and shady areas where it rest comfortably on the chairs provided. The beach is located just 30 meters from the gate of the garden. On the beach in the summer you can choose both the beach and the services of organized structures, rent windsurf boards, canoes and sailboats. In the nearby ports of S. Stefano and Porto Ercole Talamone you can enjoy the diving diving or hiking trips in the Park of the Tuscan Archipelago. Just 7 km away from the park of the Maremma and the Lagoon of Orbetello. The main attractions are the necropolis and the remains of Etruscan Pitigliano, Saturnia, Sorana, Sovana, Vulci, Roselle, etc.. Orbetello with its huge walls is 15 km away, Rome and Florence at 150 km to 180 km. The Park of the Maremma of exceptional natural beauty and cultural importance lies with its input Talamone only 7 km. Another important natural area is represented dll'oasi WWF of Orbetello lagoon with important migratory species and with its famous pink flamingos. Also important fisheries in the lagoon with the processing of eels and mullet with fine details and seafood dishes that can be sampled at the cooperative of fishermen in Orbetello.
