This magnificent Andalusian style villa is located on the golf course in the Nuevo Portil. With 2.240m2 plot and salt water pool is located in a unique and relaxing natural environment near the Pinares de Cartaya and only 10 minutes walk from the clubhouse of the golf course and beach Caño de la Culata. The villa is tastefully furnished and divided into main house and guest house. Every corner has been decorated for comfort and relaxation so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. In the main house is the dining room with 40m2 divided into dining area and room. The living area has a unique fireplace, TV / DVD with dolby surround system and direct exit to the terrace and garden area and pool. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and utensils. The ground floor also has a bathroom and a bedroom suite with double Balinese bed. The suite has a bath and shower.

The upper floor has a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom with shower and bath and has direct access onto a large terrace with automatic awning overlooking the garden, pool and golf course. The guest house has 2 separate double bedrooms, both with Balinese beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. Among the main house and annex is an Andalusian style courtyard, ideal for enjoying a good breakfast. Parking roofing and automatic sliding doors with space for up to 4 cars. The province of Huelva has been probably best known for its marshlands and national park, called the Coto de Donaña where, amidst sand dunes, marshes, pine woods and freshwater lagoons live flamingos, plus rare buzzards, lynx, mongoose and a startling variety of migratory birds.

Para hacer la reserva solicitamos el envío del 25% del importe del alquiler por transferencia bancaria y el restante se paga 3 semanas antes de la llegada si es por transferencia bancaria o en efectivo a la entrega de llaves.
La fianza se paga a la entrega de llaves y se devuelve dentro de la semana siguiente a la salida por transferencia bancaria.
