Casale Fra 'Giovanni is a villa dating back to the late 1800's, surrounded by a park of approx. 7000, with fruit trees, olive trees and a private swimming pool with salt water. The villa consists of a living room with fireplace, kitchen with fireplace, utility room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the room, another living room with fireplace. Ideal for families with children. Equipped with table tennis, table football, giant trampoline and bicycles. Riding stables and a restaurant are located a few hundred meters and the ancient baths of Stigliano, recently renovated, are only fifteen kilometers. The beautiful sailing clubs of the lake. A few kilometers golf courses (Olgiata at Km 22, The Oaks at km 26). '

The villa is located about one kilometer from Lake Bracciano and about two from the village and the station. The train in 40 minutes and connects with the station in Rome - St. Peter's. It 's close to many historic sites such as the imposing Castello Odescalchi, the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri, the Air Force Museum at Vigna di Valle. Within walking distance there are also many places of special natural interest, as the regional park of the lakes, and Martignano, nature reserve and the valley of Monterano Treja. Do not miss a walk in the center of Anguillara Trevor and between markets.

The house is located close to the Centre of Rome, which can be reached in 40- 50 minutes by car or by train from Bracciano - nearby town. It is a huge, spacious, one level house, tastefully decorated in a colonial/secession style, it has a beautiful conservatory with TV lounge, as well as separate united dining room. Beds are comfortable and new swimming pool is very clean, with a nice view on a Castle. There are covered terraces, from both sides of the House, where you can relax and socialize, outdoor - even on rainy days. Fantastic, friendly and very helpful owners - Julia and Andrea - who live not far away (20 minutes by car).
We recommend this house to those, who want to have a base for excursions to Rome, the sea site, country site and also to families who just want to relax.
We spent whole week in a quiet and gorgeous environment.
It was very enjoyable stay for us.
