Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa with private pool and extended pool deck, covered lanai & complete with games room for the young & young at heart! All set amongst the Orange Groves in the much sought after small community of Westbury. From the moment you set foot in our home you will know you have made the right choice. After a hectic day visiting the theme parks come home to Woodlands & relax in our peaceful villa pool.

Our villa is brick built, air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and is insulated to keep out the heat of the Florida sun. The pool can be heated by our new gas heater when required. Doors & windows leading to the pool area are alarmed in accordance with Florida law. It also has a 51" Samsung Plasma TV with HD Cable channels, Blu Ray Player and Surround Sound system in the family room so you can go to the movies without leaving Woodlands! Free local & National Phone calls. We are only 15 minutes from Disney's Main Gate, Universal Studios and Sea World are also close by. We are within minutes from the many championship golf courses, close to restaurants, shops, gas stations and have easy access to all theme parks via the I4. Daytona Beach and Tampa Bay are only about 1 hour away on the I4. Posner Park, a shopping center with Target, JC Penny, & Best Buy along with other restaurants and shops is on the other side of US-27, just over from Westbury.

Posner Park, a shopping centre with Target, JC Penny, and Best Buy along with other restaurants and shops is on the other side of US-27, just over from Westbury. It is within walking distance if you wish! The nearest Walmart is only 10 minutes down the US27. For a different day out why not try Fantasy of Flight just off exit 44 of the I4 only 15 minutes away and complete with some fantastic historic aircraft that fly! Like NASCAR? The famous Daytona International Raceway is only 1 hours drive away and is an unforgetable experience!
