  • $900-$1950/week, $2700-$5850/month - two week minimum
  • 4/25/2009--12/18/2009: $900 / week; $2700 /4 weeks
    12/19/2009--1/29/2010 & 3/5/2010--4/23/2010: $1,750 / week; $5,250 / 4 weeks
    1/31/2010-3/5/2010: $1,950/week; $5,850/4 weeks
  • Holiday weeks, special events may be higher. Additional fees include a $125 exit cleaning fee, $100 condo association fee and 11% tax.

    Minimum stay is two weeks in the summer/fall season. Please note that our 'monthly' rates are for four-week periods and NOT calendar months.

    Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is free or discounted.

    A $500 security deposit is posted to your credit card on the day of arrival as a temporary hold on the funds and not a charge to the card.

    A 50% deposit of the rental fees are required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. We accept all major credit cards.

    Check in beginning 4 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m.
