Beautiful condo across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Come relax in the comfort of our home. Heated pool and hot tub. Private docks and fishing pier on Intracoastal Waterway. Relax on our back balcony which overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with walkout balcony. New carpeting and wood flooring throughout (added in Summer of '03). Freshly painted interior. Substantial rework on the exterior including newly surfaced balcony and railings. Shuffle board and tennis courts. Minutes from St Petersburg and Clearwater. Easy access to golf, shopping, sightseeing and private restaurants. A great vacation for those who like to rest and relax with sandy beaches, surf and sunsets.

On the Florida Gulf Coast, Indian Shores is located between St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach. It is 30-45 minutes from downtown Tampa. Easily accessible from Interstates 75 and 275 and via Tampa International Airport and St-Pete/Clearwater Airport. Major attractions within an hour include Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), Tampa Bay Rays (MLB), and Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL). Local attractions include John's Pass in Madiera Beach and the Salvadore Dali Museum in St Petersburg. Fine dining, shopping, golf courses, and of course miles of beautiful beaches are located nearby.

Awesome vacation!

Bill and Kim must have ordered the weather for us, it didn't rain once the whole week! This was our second stay at this condo and hopefully not our last. The condo was clean and everything works, location is perfect, being between Clearwater Beach and Pass A Grill. Depending on traffic, it's 10-15 minutes from Sand Key State Park, 15 or so to John's Pass, 10 minutes to Largo Mall, Publix, and fast food. The Conch Republic (AWESOME) is nearby as is Keegans Grill, and Crabby Bill's and Salt Rock Grill are both just down the street. Rental bikes, scooters and boats are available nearby. John's Pass and Clearwater offer all kinds of watersports from parasailing to jet ski's to charter fishing boats. Ft. Desoto State Park, Pass A Grill and Pier 60 all offer great pier fishing.
You won't find easier folks to deal with. I'd recommend this condo to ANYONE wanting a clean well appointed place to relax in an awesome location.

We thoroughly enjoyed spending our 9th anniversary at the Indian Rocks Beach condo and will use it again if possible. We love the convenience of the location, between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. The beach is long and clean with white sand and many shells. The owners were very easy to work with, everything was as advertised. This unit was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. We forgot our beach chairs and umbrella in our haste to start our vacation, but luckily there are chairs and an umbrella in the unit.
Overall we had an excellent experience and look forward to enjoying their hospitality again!
