    A 7 night minimum on beach front homes, Saturday to Saturday rentals during season, 3 day minimum on beach side bungalows.

    Deposit Policy: A $200 deposit is due within 7 days to secure rental. Refunds will be given, less a $45 cancellation fee, if notice is received more than 45 days prior to arrival.
    Please add a $99 departure fee plus $12% Florida sales tax.

    A 10% surcharge is added to rates for holiday weeks.

    Pet Policy: Pets allowed with proof of licenses, vaccines and a $75/pet cleaning fee.

    Payment: Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and U.S. checks, money orders, and cashier's checks accepted for payment. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Rate depends on time of year, number of guests/visitors and length of stay.

My mother and I stayed in the Lobster Shack for one glorious week in October. The bungalow was adorable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our little stretch of nearly empty beach and the Gulfside pool! Liz, the C-21 staff and other guests were wonderful! Indian Shores is a fantastic, laid-back, quiet little piece of heaven! I've never spent more than two days in Florida without rain...and we had 7 in a row! We even inadvertently timed our visit with the opening of Stone Crab season; make sure to get yours at Crabby Bill's, just up the road! What a perfect vacation! We will definitely be back.

Nice location, but....

Stayed at the Marlin, a beachfront cottage with a private deck overlooking the beautiful beach. Our first evening was punctuated by a loud acoustic session performed at the adjoining pool also a part of the property. The performance continued on well after the property's pool curfew. The cottage was clean, not immaculate. My husband checked the airconditioning filters which were filthy. The linens old and shabby. The living room screen door was ripped wide open from the bottom left corner. The master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. We experienced a swarm of termites inside the house one evening, and there was also rodent feces on kitchen counter one morning. I sent an email to the management staff regarding pest control issues, and never heard a peep back from them.

The location is great. The beach is beautiful. Just wasn't impressed with the management of the property.

This is an absolute FABULOUS rental. It exceeded our expectations. The pool was wonderful, the ocean so close and the house had all the comforts of home. Our family had such a wonderful time. Walking distance to great food.

We stayed here in August 2006, sorry for the late review!
It was very clean and family friendly. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children and we actually had enough room. The pool is very nice, the Beach is Awesome!

We spent a perfect Thanksgiving Holiday. We had the family dog with us and he could not have been happier. I could have spent every second lounging in that hammock if only there was more time in a day. We will be back but this time w/o the dog so I can get a bit more vacation down time on the hammock by the pool watching the sunsets. A perfect slice of paradise.
