HOUSE NO 4

Coast Guard Cove is a small development of 5 holiday cottages in the beautiful village of Arthurstown Co Wexford. The cottages were built in 1880 and were occupied by the coastguard until 1923. After the coastguards vacated Arthustown in 1923, the five sturdily built houses were only sporadically used over many years. An Oige (The Irish Youth Hostel Association) used the houses as a hostel for a number of years. In 2009 the houses were fully refurbished and brought up to date with an exceptionally high finish.

House No 1- is a beautiful 3 bedroom house - 2 of which are ensuite. This house consists of a large kitchen/ding area for 6 - the kitchen is equipped with all mod cons - dishwasher, washing/dryer, fridge freezer, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, ipod docking station etc. The kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of storage and finished with a granite worktop. The living area has 2 very large and comfortable sofas , tv, books, maps of the area, games etc - patio doors leads out onto deck which over looks the river suir. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite as well as separate wc. On the first floor there is a double bedroom also ensuite , bedroom with 2 single beds and main family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage and space.
