Lovely modern 1 double bedroom flat in a quiet and convenient location near to King's College Hospital, which has carefully been built and furnished to high environmentally friendly standards.

The property is a short walk from the local station (Denmark Hill, zone 2) with regular trains to London Victoria (9 min),London Blackfriars (10 min) and London St Pancras (20 min). Also regular buses to London Waterloo (c. 20 min).

Accessed by its own front door,a spacious hall,first floor living room (with double sofa bed and TV/DVD), fully-fitted kitchen with all accessories (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine), bathroom (bath and shower) and a large top-floor double bedroom.

Family friendly and cot, high chair, toys and books can be provided on request.Everything is supplied for a self-catering stay, including organic bed linen and towels and cooking essentials and all guests staying for a week or longer will receive an organic hamper

The property is a very short walk to Denmark Hill train station (zone 2) from where regular trains serve Victoria and Blackfriars within around 10 minutes. London Waterloo is around 20 minutes by bus.

Locally there is a large Sainsburys supermarket and the property is a 10 minute walk from the wonderful amenities of Lordship Lane - offering the best in local / independent London food / shopping / bars / restaurants....and some familiar names too!

The property is also within walking distance of King's College Hospital.

CHARMING AND COMFORTABLE FLAT, GREAT FOR CHILDREN

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this flat. We had three adults and a toddler and it worked wonderfully for us! It was a much better set up than a hotel room would have been for our visit.The owner Vicki is so kind and accommodating. She made sure to have plenty of toys on hand as well as a cot for our daughter. The flat was very clean and cozy and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in so we didn't have to eat out every meal. A huge Sainsburys is located about 5 min away.
The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful and right next to a huge park.
The Denmark Hill train station is a 5-10 minute walk down the hill and from there it is easy to get to anywhere.
We would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone considering this flat!

QUIET AND PEACEFUL HIDEAWAY

Lovely stay in a beautifully clean and well-designed apartment. The area is quiet and ideal for local amenities and connections to central London. Great for a getaway to somewhere peaceful. I liked the eco-friendly emphasis.

The customer service was very friendly and I felt very welcome. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. I had no problems whatsoever.

I would unreservedly recommend this property and I look forward to staying again soon.

LOVELY FLAT - SINCERELY RECOMMENDED

Like one of the previous reviewers, I needed somewhere to stay in London for a few weeks to cover a gap while moving house - the Beaulieu Close apartment was perfect.
It's a beautifully presented flat (the nicest on the street!) and newly converted so all furnishing and fittings are immaculate. The overall feel of the flat is very tasteful and homely - massively preferable to a stay in a hotel and reasonably priced.
The location in Denmark Hill is very convenient for central London with regular trains to and from London Victoria (10min) running 'til late. It's also a really lovely part of London with Camberwell, Dulwich and Herne Hill all comfortable walking distance and with several nice bars and cafes nearby (helpfully signposted in the welcome pack). There's a large supermarket a short walk away and, slightly further (or a short bus journey) Brixton Market.
The owners live in the flat next door and were extremely helpful and friendly and made we feel very welcome during my stay.

QUIRKY FLAT IN CONVENIENT LONDON LOCATION

My husband and I, plus 2 small children, stayed in this flat whilst visiting friends who lived nearby. The flat was immaculately presented and extremely clean. The Owners live next door and couldn't have been more helpful.
Ruskin Park is on the doorstep which has excellent facilities for small children and there are an array of quality cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The steps in to the flat are quite steep so if you have a small toddler/crawler I would recommend either bringing your own stair gate or asking the owners to provide one (which they did for us).

PERFECT PLACE FOR SHORT STAYS IN LONDON

I needed a place to stay to cover the gap while I moved house. I looked into various short-term rental options, but struggled to find anything suitable. I came across Beaulieu Close by chance, and it offered the perfect solution for me of a short-term, flexible stay at very reasonable price, and one that is very conveniently located for links into central London.

Throughout the process the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, understanding my need for flexibility. The flat itself is brand new, and finished to a high-spec. It is a really nice space inside, that is tastefully put together, and feels more like a home than a rented place. It is also fully furnished with everything you need like kitchenware, bed linen and towels, so is perfect for travelling light.

This really is the perfect place for short stays in London.
