Casa Las Jaras is a 3 bedroom self-catering townhouse, in the center of the Costa Esuri development. Beautifully decorated with all facilities you need is the perfect holiday base for families or golfing enthusiasts alike in this beautiful and unspoilt region. Set in two 18 hole Golf courses it is minutes away from both beaches and Golf courses in Spain and Portugal. The town house itself is located in a peaceful setting, with well tended gardens, and pools. The property is accessed via security gates, with its private car parking space. It has three terraces, one accessed from either the kitchen or lounge, another from the master bedroom, and the third is a large secluded rooftop solarium, ideal for sunbathing with views overlooking Portugal. With one double bedroom with an en-suite and two twin bedrooms, the villa accommodates 6 people comfortably and it is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Costa Esuri is 14km from Isla Canela beaches. This resort has everything for the holiday visitor. It is close to the port of Ayamonte with all its all-year-round attractions and facilities. At Isla Canela there is a popular 18 hole golf course, a large marina, beach-front apartments and hotels with marvelous Atlantic views. There are shops and many different restaurants. There are bowling clubs, tennis and paddle tennis courts, football fields, horse/trekking, green zones for country walks, and best of all, seven kilometers of soft, sandy white beach.

The playas de Huelva (the beaches of Huelva) are made up by 15 long stretching golden sand beaches broken up by national parks and small fishing villages devoted to national tourism.

The small family owned seaside restaurants offer what is considered the best seafood cuisine in Spain.

The beaches being in a cove shape are well protected by the Atlantic winds, although the area is popular for wind and kite surfing.

Further inland the Sierra de Huelva is the land of Jamon, Manzanilla and magical undulating forested mountains. Small white villages are dotted around with ancient crafts such as ceramics and wood carving.

East of Matalascañas, is the Doñana national park – the largest in Europe along with the largest congregation of bird wildlife. One can take jeep or bicycle safari’s to tour the national park.

Ayamonte is the start of the Costa de la Luz in Huelva Province. Strategically situated on the Spanish side of the River Guadiana that forms the border between Spain and Portugal, Ayamonte is an attractive, typically Spanish town with small shops and brightly tiled squares and fountains. The restaurants serve delicious dishes at reasonable prices. There is a large marina, an art gallery and weekly open-air markets. There is horse-riding and a tennis club with excellent coaching. A regular ferry crosses the mouth of the river, to Villa Real, Ayamonte’s twin town in Portugal. On a hill above Ayamonte is a Parador hotel, with views south and west to the coast of the Algarve and the fast-flowing tidal Guadiana and the towering bridge that crosses it, joining the two countries.

Five minutes’ drive into the countryside along the banks of the Guadiana River, is Costa Esuri which is located among rolling hills, in one of the sunniest areas in Spain, close to all the amenities of the Western Costa de Luz. The properties are arranged around two 18-hole golf courses.

The safe deposit is paid on collection of keys and refundable, if there are no major damages, within one week after your living, once house is fully checked and cleaned.
Notes The monthly charge showed is to contract a minimun of 2 consecutive months in low season (Oct to May) and for 2 people maximum.
For periods longer than one month costs of electricity and gas are at the tenants expenses and charged at the end of stay according to the consumption.
For pet allowance please enquiry the owner in advance. In case it is allowed, we charge a fee of 100 euros.

  • Bedroom 1 is in the second floor, it is an en suite with a 1.50 m double bed, and has its own sun terrace with beautiful views over Costa Esuri. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are in the first floor and share a complete bathroom. Bedroom 2 has its own sun terrace as well which overlooks the swimming pool area. Both bedrooms have 2 twin 90cm single beds. In addition to it, the 2nd floor also has a balcony. Cleaning, linen and towels are provided, please see charges in the rates/notes facilities.
