    * $200 exit Cleaning Fee. Weekly Cleaning at $200-$300 required for multi-week stays. More frequent Maid Service is available by prior arrangement.
    * $950 Security Deposit, fully refundable, if no damage or excessive cleaning fees.
    * All rates include taxes. This is a licensed short term rental home.
    * Advanced Rental Deposit of 1/2 rent is due with signing of LEASE AGREEMENT.
    * Cancellation policy refunds: Over 60 days - 100%, 45 - 59 days 75%, 31 -44 days 50%, 16 - 30 days 25%, Less than 15 days 0%
    * 3 night minimum late fall, early winter and spring (See exceptions below).
    * 4 night minimum stay required summer and early fall.
    * 7 night minimum over Christmas & New Year. 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving.
  • LEASE AGREEMENT (5 pages) sent to you with your rental inquiry. It outlines the above items and other terms of leasing this property. Please sign and return 2 (two) executed originals by mail. One will be signed and returned to you for your records. Be sure to include your Advanced Rental Deposit to reserve the property.
    *Pets are welcome. Please check with owner for details and be sure to clean up after your pet. If there is damage to property, a charge will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
    * Children are welcome. Please take care of the many valuables at the property, keeping them out of reach when necessary.
    * Lost keys ($25.00), front gate openers ($150.00), and excessive long distant telephone service deducted from the Security Deposit.
    * No smoking inside: Use outside portals and patios. Beware of starting a forest fire.

  • The home has 3 1/2 bathrooms, with a separate half bathroom and utility room, great for pool guests. Each bathroom is fully furnished with towels and beach towels for the swimming pool. Toiletries and linens are also included. No need to go to the store for these items while on your vacation. The front Master Bedroom #1 is wheelchair accessible for those in need of this amenity. The twin bedroom bath has a seating area and large closet space. This is also located in a private area of the house. The Master Bedroom #2 and private bath also has ample closet space.

  • The front Master Bedroom and bathroom has been redecorated with Indian rugs and a massive hardwood Old Spanish headboard. The room is complemented with Indian art and relaxing leather Natuzzi chairs for sitting by the fireplace or for watching Direct Satellite TV or DVD's on the large new Samung HDTV. This bedroom is just off of the outside portal and seating area facing the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. A second bedroom and Master Suite, also recently updated furniture includes a separate kitchen as well as a Samsung HDTV and DVD player. A cozy fireplace a seating area in this suite provides ample room for relaxing, reading and enjoying TV. This suite includes two separate portals. The front portal and seating area compliments the bedroom with a Spanish hacienda feel. The back covered portal includes a couch, seating area and dinning table for six for outside entertaining. The other front bedroom and bath with a queen size bed and fireplace includes yet another HDTV and DVD.

There are other new fabulous golf courses located in Nambe (approximately 7 miles) where you can also visit the casinos and try your luck after a round of golf. My family and I found out about this gem through a friend, and boy are we glad we did! Our friends stayed at the home over Christmas and just raved about their experience staying there in Santa Fe. We heard so much about the house that we wondered if they had even made it off the premises to explore the surrounding area! The moment we pulled up in the circle driveway, we knew we made the right choice in opting to stay in an authentic local residence instead of a hotel on the town square. Real adobe, incredible landscaping, breathtaking views from 2 porches overlooking the mountains, room for entertaining friends, a good sized pool and tons of places for the kids to explore....you name it, this home had it! The owner knows to expect our family each fall-- kids and pets in tow!

This home is beautiful, very well and attractively furnished, well equipped, and in a lovely setting with a terrific view. It is very quiet. It is a 5-10 minute drive in to Santa Fe.

This home was actually the best equipped we have ever rented, with TP, paper towels, big bottles of shampoo, laundry detergent. I was very appreciative that for the price we paid we did not need to go out and buy all of lifes little neccessities, as often is the case in rental houses. It was very clean. The owner was also very nice and came to solve a problem with the grill when it didn't work. He solved the problem and we grilled our food.

The only reason I didn't give this house an excellent was that there were little things, here and there, that didn't work. The TV remote controls, a few burners on the stoves, a lightbulb missing in bathroom. We didn't feel like calling the owner over remote controls and lightbulbs, so we just didn't watch the DVD and I put on make-up in another room. I'm sure if we had called him he would have come fix any of these little problems. Hopefully he will for the next tenant. We did make him aware of them when we left.
