Country house in rural area of ??northern Portugal. Located on a valley, offers a magnificent view over the surroundings. The pool, salt water and no chemical for maintenance, has a cover that heats the water and allows its use even in the coldest days of the year. The house has 3 rooms with capacity for 8 people can be complemented with 2 sofa beds in the room with seating for 3 more people. You can still enjoy a large tract of land where agricultural products are cultivated many of which can reap from vegetables, fruits and fresh eggs from chickens. The Quinta has parking space for 3 or 4 cars. You can also bring pets. Through the car has access to the beaches of Viana do Castelo (39km) or the beaches of Nigrán Bayonne and Spain (63 km). The Quinta da Corga is located 13 km from the town of Paredes de Coura, where is one of the most important music festivals in Portugal, with the river beach Taboão. It lies 18 km from the town of Ponte de Lima, the oldest town in Portugal by the river Lima. It is still 40 km from Viana do Castelo, a town at the mouth of the river Lima with a long coastline of beaches. The Quinta da Corga is also close to the Pilgrimages to Santiago.

Our family of seven stayed at Quinta da Corga for five nights and wished that it had been fifty. We made outings every day to Ponte do Lima, Atlantic beaches or sections of the Portuguese Caminho de Santiago, but we also enjoyed every minute of relaxing on the property itself. Ana was incredibly helpful with each question or request, and the house is outfitted like a real home. Way more than enough space for five children, who explored the fields and farm and spent hours swimming surrounded by mountains and sunshine. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!
