Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful views on the sun porch, patio or dock. Three story lakefront contemporary includes 100' of private waterfront in a quiet secluded cove with large dock. Bottom level is an in-law's apartment with its own kitchen opening out to a screened-in porch and a large patio and terraced gardens. Main floor has glassed-in sun porch, kitchen, dining, living room and bath. Picnic/play area. Balch Lake is a 700 acre - 3 1/2 mile long lake welcoming motor boating/skiing, fishing and swimming. 1 1/2 Hours from Boston and close to golf courses, shopping outlets and southern Maine beaches.

All the amenities you need are right here!: Some Amenities: Broadband Internet Cable Modem and Wireless Router, DVD Surround Sound, 2 Stereo/CD players, with outdoor speakers on the patio, 2 cable TVs with premium and local channels, large patio/deck with extensive, beautiful, terraced gardens and large family outdoor dining table. No Smoking inside. Pets are permitted.

We just returned from a week long stay at this property in mid July. The house is clean, roomy and so well appointed....we did not want for anything at all. The owner, Tim, is very helpful and honest and was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this property if you want to do some pleasure boating & fishing or just relaxing. It's a great spot and the gardens are an added bonus! Lots of birds and wildlife to enjoy!
