Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful views on the sun porch, patio or dock. Three story lakefront contemporary includes 100' of private waterfront in a quiet secluded cove with large dock. Bottom level is an in-law's apartment with its own kitchen opening out to a screened-in porch and a large patio and terraced gardens. Main floor has glassed-in sun porch, kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom and bath. Two bedrooms on third. Picnic/play area. Balch Lake is a 700 acre - 3 1/2 mile long lake welcoming motor boating/skiing, fishing and swimming. 1 1/2 Hours from Boston and close to golf courses, shopping outlets and southern Maine beaches.
