'Sunsplash' is a beautiful custom home offering stunning ocean, sound and lighthouse views. Soak up the sun from the wrap-around decks, float in the gorgeous private pool, or watch the stars from the top-deck hot tub. The window-walled great room features a wood-burning fireplace, and flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The screened porch off the great room is the perfect place to enjoy a big family meal or a quiet breakfast. Completely redecorated last year, including new furniture and all new appliances. The 14' x 28' private pool is a cool oasis on hot summer days, and a great place to hang out. Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill, guests have access to 2 community pools, a complete fitness center, tennis courts and lake. Sunsplash is a great house for extended families to get together. You can spread out in the great room: have a drink at the big kitchen counter, do a puzzle on the table, watch a DVD or listen to CDs on the pro audio system.

There's a sweet break just offshore from Sunsplash that will keep your attention all day. Feel like shopping? The Shops at Corolla Light are within walking distance of the house, and the restored shops that surround the Currituck Lighthouse are practically next door.
