Cottage, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 5)

This captivating cottage is an ideal vacation home with a very spacious open floor plan. View 150 plus feet of lake front from the cottage's three sides of windows which offer bright sunshine and peaceful, gorgeous sunsets.

The large fully equipped kitchen has a cathedral ceiling of tongue and groove pine. Kitchen utilities include: stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot and cold water dispenser and all the utensils needed for complete meal preparation.

Living room faces the lake and has comfortable leather and upholstered couches. TV does not have cable and has a conversion box. Bring DVDs to watch on rainy nights. There are CD and tape players both with AM-FM radio. Dining area also faces the water.

A pine cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan complements the master bedroom. A second bedroom has bunk beds; the third bedroom has one twin bed. Lighted cedar closets are present in all bedrooms.

The boat house has a reserved boat slip for guests. Email me for extra photos.

I live in upstate NY. The natural beauty of Cape Vincent is the perfect setting for bird watching which I really enjoy.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 2002

This cottage is a few hours from my home and is the perfect getaway for weekend use.

What makes this cottage unique

I love the area's yard sales and shops. When I'm at the cottage just looking at the peaceful lake is relaxing.

We spent a week there and really enjoyed it .it was as the pictures showed we are thinking of returning there next year if the dates work out for us.the fishing could have been better but the place made us feel good about picking this place.
