PRIME OCEANFRONT IN PARADISE FROM $395/WEEK!

My wife and I stayed for a week this March, and I loved the unit. The owners are extremely easy to do business with, and I would bet a large sum of money that the negative review from the guy that complained about the VCR is exactly what the owner explained in his response. In all of my dealings with the owners they have been extremely easy to do business with - incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful – making the whole process surprisingly easy. My wife and I are actually going back for 5 weeks very soon. It is simply an amazing condo set between two amazing beaches. You can eat and drink at under the thatched roofs of the open-air poolside/oceanside bar in Girasol Sur, or for variety, you can order food and drinks right on the beach from the Hotel Presidente and the other condo place right past it. At one of the places (I forget which) the bartender first said chairs are for their guests, but he then proceeded to serve us great food and drinks with great beachside service as soon as I told him where we were staying and gave him a few dollars for helping with our umbrella that blew away on a windy day. The staff remembered us the rest of the trip and never said anything about us using their chairs, I assume because we were giving their bar/restaurant business. The whole location is a little slice of paradise, with the unbroken wild jungle mountains rising behind and the spectacular white beaches and clear blue-green ocean with spectacular sunsets ahead. The beach to the left is great if you want to relax, with less people around - to the point where you can lay in sections where you don’t hear anyone even pass by for hours– nothing but the melody of the waves and the wind. The beach on the right is more open to the public, with even better swimming and a livelier scene with more people and vendors. I loved how we weren't surrounded by other Americans on either beach. Whenever we travel, we love immersing ourselves as much as possible in the local culture, and being surrounded by a bunch of other Americans is a drag to us – that’s what we travel to get away from. The whole condo and entire building are very clean, with comfortable beds and couch, incredible ocean view from large balcony, beautiful landscaping, plus a little convenience store right in the condo building. It’s a perfect location for quickly going to the best sections of town, enjoying the beaches right below your balcony, or going on excursions – best of all worlds.
