Excellent hiking, swimming, fishing and water sports on 13 mile picturesque lake. Upper level has 20x28 fireplaced living room w/ 15 ft. high cathedral ceiling , large top-of-line applianced and fully equipped kitchen with 40 ft. of oak cabinetry & 8ft X 12 ft breakfast bar that seats 8. Dining area and full bath. Large casement windows and 3 motorized skylights create an open/airy atmosphere during day; track lighting and dimmers provide evening lighting options. Living room opens to carpeted and screened 11x30 deck and adjacent open deck with lakeview for sunning. Lower level has 16' X 16' knotty pine entrance room, 2nd full bath, and 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms. Basement has clothes washer/dryer & extra bunks. Fully winterized. No smoking

Immediate area offers excellent cross country skiing and snowmobile trails. Bridgton center is 6 miles away - offering many restaurants and vacationer-oriented recreational activities.
