Easy accessibility: The home is ideal for easy accessibility. There are only two steps into the main floor of the home from the garage or the front door. There is also a main floor bedroom situated right off the kitchen. Bedroom also has easy access to half bath with raised commode. With an open concept living room easily accessed from the kitchen and main floor bathroom. The yard and patio are also completely level with ease of access to the hot tub and out door shower. Hot tub is fitted with a wide platform for ease of access from a sitting position. Outdoor shower has easy access with no steps from private back yard.

Beautiful Seashore Cape!

The Seashore Cape truly holds magnificent views of the harbor and Goat Island Lighthouse. It's peaceful and restful as you take in the true atmosphere of Maine at its best. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained and the outside gardens are lush with color! The hot tub was a great treat admist the private & lush gardens as well. It was the perfect location and only minutes to beaches, resturants, grocery store, the famous Franciscan Monastery and Dock Square! We hope to visit again soon and would highly recommend this lovely spot. The owners are very pleasant and accomodating as well. Just a great place to stay! Hope you enjoy as much as we did! Thanks!

Sitting in the breakfast nook

Here I am sitting in the "breakfast nook". It was our favorite spot in the house. In the morning we would gather and eat breakfast and enjoy the sun shining through. We thoroughly enjoyed your home and the are. It was a wonderful week to explore and enjoy! Thanks for your hospitality!
