'Hall Quarry' has beautiful views of the mountains of Acadia National Park from its large deck. Our private, wooded acreage is in a scenic area close to many of Acadia's hiking trails, as well as an excellent swimming beach at nearby Echo Lake. The first floor has a large eat-in kitchen, two full baths, living room and three bedrooms. The whole house has electric heat. The lower level has a large bedroom and a comfortable family room. Quiet location with a large lawn to enjoy. Home exchanges welcomed. No pets. Smoking outside only, please.

    **All rates are subject to State of Maine 8.5% Sales Tax on rentals**

    A 50% rental deposit is required to complete a reservation. Confirmation will be sent by mail or email after receiving payment. The balance of the rent plus a $200 security deposit, 8.5% State of Maine Sales Tax and signed lease are due prior to stay.

    The $200 security deposit will be returned upon receipt of the key by the landlord, inspection of the house and furnishings following departure, and after receiving the monthly telephone bill.

    Please note that the above rates are based on a Saturday to Saturday rental period. This begins at 2:00 PM on the arriving Saturday and ends at 10:00 AM on the departing Saturday. The above dates show the NIGHTS that are included in the rental period.
