Luxury 1 bed 2 minute walk to the BEACH

Paradis is a fabulous, very spacious apartment in the boutique shopping street of the Pedestrian Zone. This is a deluxe apartment in every sense, very stylish, beautifully furnished and bathed with light, it is also particularly large for a one bedroom. It combines contemporary decor with antique objects gathered from travels around the globe and it has the benefits of integrated air conditioning throughout. It is only a minutes walk from the apartment door to the sun loungers of the iconic Beau Rivage private beach.

The open plan bright living area with Grey wooden flooring has been cleverly designed. The cinema part of the room with its relaxing sofa has a modern stone wall with flat screen TV (French and English news channels), DVD/CD player and Internet. A stylish dining table that seats four is by the large French windows that overlook picturesque rooftops. The whole living area benefits from the integrated air conditioning.
Car: not necessary

Carré d’Or is a lively, cosmopolitan part of central Nice filled with trendy shops, chic boutiques, numerous restaurants, cafés and ice cream shops. Paradis is located in the pedestrianized parts of the Carré d’Or, just round the corner from its main street, Rue Masséna. It is vibrant but not noisy, as there are no cars. You are a moment’s walk away from the main high street Avenue Jean Médecin and shopping is a joy in two excellent food halls of Nice, Galleries Lafayette and Monoprix. You will find yourself a 3 minute walk from the beach. Nice's atmospheric Old Town is approximately a 5 minute walk across the impressive Place Massena. This is a great central location to enjoy an exciting sunny city.

Perfect apartment, perfect place. Best location in Nice I would say, just above all the top class designer shops and only a few minutes walk to the beach.
Good space in the apartment and very comfortable bed - good nights sleep which is something I always look for!
Lots of nice comforts of home (good DVD collection) and really easy to book. We will certainly be coming back to this apartment in the future.

The best of all worlds

The BEST part of our trip through all the Eastern side of France.
Immaculate apartment with everything, in the BEST position above high end shopping, a block to the beach, two to the old city, and yet so peaceful we had a dove visit our balcony daily.
Made me want to buy the apartment and live here or replicate the setup-modern, stylish, chic-yet so comfortable and inviting. Mornings started with their nespresso machine (shop a block away to restock and discover new beauties to try) followed by a dip at the beach which took less than 5 minutes to reach. We had a night in with their dvd's and my hubby even discovered how fun a game can be when scategories and pictionary are all part and parcel of the inclusions. This was all after days exploring the hills, bus'ing it to Monte Carlo, visiting the antique and flower markets of the old town, loving the vast array of restaurants, and gasping at all this town offered.
I can't think of anything missed by this property, but I can promise I WILL be visiting whenever I can get back. Really made Nice a place of dreams-except mine are now beautiful memories.
