The Mount Vernon residence is on Orient Bay beach, rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. The residence has a direct view towards the St Barth islands. It is close to Grand Case which is the French Gourmet Capital of the Caribbean.

The residence is at the northern end of Orient Bay which is kept in a natural state. When you walk down the beach south you can find several on beach facilities including bars, restaurants, and rental facilities for beach, diving and surf gear.

Mount Vernon is about 1km from the Fanatic windy reef windsurf center including equipment testing, rental and top class surf school.
