Perfect for our needs

My wife and I have been traveling to Booth Bay Harbor for several years and up until this year, usually shared a residence with another family. As my own family has grown to three girls ranging from age 7 to 3, we needed a place of our own. The Lehman's Cottage was a perfect fit.
Located in a nicely shaded area but close to the harbor, the cabin is located on a quiet, dead-end street so I wasn't too worried about my girls riding their bike in the street. The cottage is updated with new electrical, a beautiful screened-in porch with a futon couch that I slept on several nights. It also has some updated appliances like a microwave, wireless internet and a nice LCD TV for rainy days or winding down at night with the kids after a busy day.
The kitchen was amply supplied, the bathroom nice and with a queen bed and pull-out couch, a full-size futon and two twin beds, the cabin has plenty of sleeping options. Plan to budget $30-40 for laundry services because there is no washer or dryer in the cabin. A drying rack might be a good idea to air-drying towels in the cabin.
We had great weather, a great vacation in a great house and Randall and Maria were a pleasure to work with. I expect we’ll return to Booth Bay Harbor next year and my whole family hopes the Lehman Cabin will be available.
