Enjoy the beauty, tranquility and family history of this 150 acre salt water farm with south facing water views, rolling fields, and shore access to the beautiful East Branch of John's Bay. The restored farmhouse has a 35 ft long summer dining room with stone fireplace, a 30 ft long beautiful living room filled with antiques and child-proof collections, 4 bedrooms (2 with water views), 2 baths and laundry/ play room. Launch your canoe, kayak or sailboard from our 4 acre field. Enjoy warm tidal swimming or visit white sand Pemaquid Beach, 4 miles. We are a short drive from South Bristol, Christmas Cove, Round Pond and New Harbor. 45 minutes from Camden & Boothbay Harbor. 1 hour 20 minutes from Portland. Pets are negotaible.
