This ideal location is on a private road in Scituate with a salt marsh behind you showing exquisite sunsets. Sunrises on the front deck and wrap-around porch. Covered porch for extended outdoor eating with full-size porch swing for relaxing. Sliders and skylights allow for sunny airy rooms. Ideal for families or couples. Low tide allows for long walks or dabbling in the tide pools. .

The house is very nicely maintained, neat, and clean. It could not be closer to the ocean...in fact at high tide the water comes up under the deck. There is plenty of shopping nearby for necessities and good restaurants in Scituate and Cohasset.

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 or 5 vehicles.

The only drawback of this property is the rocky berm on which it sits and the rocky beach. Low tide is the right time for swimming here.

If there are young children, there is not much play space other than the beach.

We loved our stay here.
