6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, AC, very spacious, great for family and groups

The property is one of few properties with 6 bedrooms, of which 3 are spacious doubles and 2 are triples and the 6th one is also a double. Three bedrooms are connected to a big balcony with sea view and one of the balconies has a stairs going up to a beautiful roof terrace from where you have a fantastic view and at night you can lay there and look at the stars. Two bedrooms besides the living room have sea view. The property has a private garden and a community pool which is shared with 9 other villas. Besides the pool there is also a community mini golf for the 10 villas in total. Moreover a table tennis table is also set up in the community garden in the summer.

The living room is very spacious and has a 3 meter dining table. The lounge area is big enough to seat everybody.

The kitchen is so spacious that it has its own table there as well. This villa is great and you will enjoy it. It´s great for groups and families.

This property is located in the area called Valpineda. This is a exclusive community within Sitges which has 24h security and daily trash pick up service.

The villa has AC in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and in the living rooms. The bedrooms on the lower floor don´t get very warm in the summer.

It´s a easy 20 min walk to the villlage and 25min walk to the beach. The rental price includes free transport to the beach or center at any daytime you wish, if you do not want to walk.

This extra service is unique in Sitges and might come in handy if you are a big group and you have different plans.

You also have easy access to Barcelona either by train or car within 35 min you are in the centre of Barcelona or 25 min to the convention centre.

Extra Services: The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. This service does have a cost of 12 Euro per hour. We can also provide scooters for you to rent. We have 125cc scooters which cost 200 Euro per week. Reserve when you book the villa. We also offer bicycles for 35 Euro per week. Please reserve in advance. Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent Filipina chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email. The costs are 35 Euro per person including a bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price. Breakfast service: 62 Euro/week/person Free groceries delivery service if you buy over 40 Euro. BBQ party service with music. please ask for prices and availability.

Pick-up service: Please ask us for our cheap pick up rates from the airports, Barcelona(El Prat), Reus y Girona. We can also rent you one or two vans for 8 people each. The price for one is only 550 € per week.(limited availability) including airport pick up and drop off. Please ask us for further details. We also have a Huyndai Atos for rent for 30 euro per day or a Porsche Cayenne for 150 euro per day.

The villa is located in a safe area with 24h guards at every entrance. The villa is located in a very quiet area without construccion or any noise what so ever. The surrounding villas are not holiday rentals so there is not a lot of noise caused by other people. Behind the villa there is a big enclosed area of 20.000 m2 of land which belongs to the villa where children can play safely besides in the communal garden and private garden. We have tennis courts 300 m away from the villa.
