Oversized apartment with ocean views from three of the 5 rooms. Large eat-in kitchen/ living room with TV & VCR. Three large bedrooms, small office and 1 1/2 baths. Small yard for barbecuing. 1 block to 2 1/2 mile boardwalk for walking, running or biking. Free concerts and activities on the beach all summer long. Commute to Manhattan via LIRR (4 blocks away), 38 minute ride to Manhattan. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, churches, all public transportation and new movie theatre. 12 miles from JFK Airport. This property is located on the 3rd floor and has been recently renovated, and is clean. No group rentals or shares. Mature adults or families only. This is a great area year-round and is very economical when staying in the NYC area.
