For over twenty years this home has been a convenient pad for music and film industry creatives. A perfect place from which to explore London and visit the well known sights and attractions. Close to superb Islington eateries such as Ottolenghi and Jamie Oliver's Italian - as well as many others - this comfortable first floor flat is brilliant as a base for a taste of authentic London.
This is vibrant Islington, on the northern edge of Central London with its eclectic mix of bars and pubs, shops and antiques, theatres and cinemas. A Sainsbury's supermarket - open til midnight on weekdays and late at the weekends - will allow you to stock up on your essentials, whatever time you arrive. In the apartment you will find all you need for your stay, from fluffy towels to broadband and wifi.
This is modern metropolitan living as convenient as you need it to be.
The great thing about not staying in a hotel is that *you* get to decide when to get up! No set breakfast times to share with all those other tourists. You can just wallow at leisure in luxurious bedding, waking to your own music using the integrated iPhone charger or find local radio stations to set your mood.
Indulge in energising hot water for a shower or bath with fluffy Clarissa Hulse towels to completely relax. The salon style hairdryer and iron with ironing board (if you must!) will complete your look whilst your partner is out getting the fresh stuff.
Around the corner Chapel Market is bustling 7 days a week, brimming with good value London necessities. Get that freshly baked bread, enjoy some healthy fruits or just go for that full english breakfast! In the green park opposite the flat, you can join energetic types for a morning jog or catch some sunshine (when available!). At the bottom of the hill, go to Cally Pool for a quick swim.
Meantime, why not plan the rest of your day? Some useful guidebooks are yours to use at the flat. Broadband internet and wifi are always on, because we understand you want to stay connected.
If you are staying a bit longer, feel free to use the efficient AEG washer dryer. The 30 degree time saving wash gets things done in just over an hour. If there are more than two of you, the sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed and there are two single quilts to get comfortable. Plenty of towels for four but remember this 35 square metre apartment is bijou rather than palatial. We do find it comfortable for ourselves and our two teenage children. There is another iPod/iPhone charger with speakers to enjoy your music in the lounge.
And because we know that a good coffee or tea *whenever you want* can be essential, we have made sure that the kitchen comes fully kitted out for that perfect crema espresso or that fragrant cuppa.
In the kitchen you will find the best pans ever, if you want to make your own meal. Easy to clean hob and combination oven microwave makes cooking a pleasure. Elegant wine glasses with plenty of modern dishes will quickly make your meal at your London home taste yum! Don't want to cook? Just order a takeaway for delivery within the hour. Atmospheric lighting gets you in the mood to just crash out in your own London hideaway. Digital TV and on demand films (these do cost a bit extra!) are easily chosen.

Our quoted rates are up to two people. For third and fourth guests we charge a flat fee of GBP25 per person.
A 30% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Security deposit is GBP200.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
