Rates include:: * Rates based on double occupancy & include breakfast daily. If one guest is a child five years of age and under sharing the king-sized bed with parents, the rates cover all three in that room (child is free).
* Children 12 and under are free.
* Breakfast
* Use of entire Villa’s features, furnishings, facilities, equipment, appliances, security system garden and out buildings
* All utilities
* Linens / towels / bath amenities.
* Kitchen and dining room utensils, dishes, flatware, stemware.
* Caretaker cleaning service.
Package Rate Policies:
* Package Specials (i.e., Romantic Getaway, Christmas & New Year’s Specials): Extra days are charged at the regular room rate.
* Christmas & New Year’s Packages each require rental of all four Villa rooms. Minimum of six nights’ stay for each package.
Rates do not include:: * Taxes (9% VAT)
* Telecommunications charges.
* Meals – except breakfast. However, Afternoon High Tea is available on request at an extra charge of 10 per guest. Professional catering of meals is available on request.
Payments & cancellation Policy: : Major Policies Concerning Rental of the Villa Stresov:
* Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m.
* Limit of 2 persons in each guest bedroom UNLESS one is a child five years of age and under, sharing the king-sized bed.
* Special maximum occupancy note where children five years and under are concerned: When renting the entire villa, one child (5 and under) may occupy any room (sharing the king bed) with two other persons (parents or other children). A maximum of 8 adults is permitted (2 per room) – AND – up to one child (5 and under) additional per room, sharing the king bed (at no extra charge), making for a maximum of twelve (12).
* Smoking is not permitted.
* Not handicapped accessible.
* Pets are not allowed.
