'Sunshine Paradise' is a two-story Residence with a beautiful upper Studio and a big breezy Patio where you can cook and enjoy your meals overlooking the caribbean Sea, the harbour and the golden-white Sand of Malibu Beach, one of the finest beaches on the West-Coast. You can also sit outside at the bar sipping a drink while admiring the stunning sunsets or lying in the hammock and listen to the sound of the waves.
The studio is one big livingroom-bedroom with a big double closet and a second room with a door and a double drapery.
The Master bedroom in the studio has a king-size four-poster bed and air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The smaller room has a single bed and a bed-sofa
The kitchen is outside on the patio always breezy and nice.
If you go some steps higher up from the Patio to the platform on the roof you can have a private sunbath or sit and watch out for sailing boats and the cruise-liners to pass by. From the patio you can also step down the circle staircase to the pool(with jacuzzi) and of course to the beach!
It takes only five to ten minutes to reach the town for shopping, entertainment and dining in the west-coast restaurants.
