For the winter your home is within minutes of the Peak 8 base area and Nordic Ski area. Enjoy sitting in your private hot tub with views of downtown and Mt Baldy. All winter activities.

Imagine spending your Colorado vacation a short distance from Four O' Clock ski run at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Ski down to the Snow Flake lift or right into town! At the end of the day there is no waiting for the bus or long treks home. Ski within site and a short walk to your vacation home.

Your vacation lodging is just a short walk from the ski run to your hot tub on the large log deck overlooking the beautiful Blue River valley and Breckenridge. The Ski Home is a three bedroom/three bathroom home ready to cater to your every vacation dream. It is a fully furnished lodging to accommodate NINE guests.

Your vacation Ski Home has a master suite with king bed and custom bath including a jacuzzi tub and a spacious walk-in closet. A second bedroom with a queen bed and third bunkroom with four full size twins that sleeps four are on the same top level. The adjacent full bath is split between tub/shower and toliet with seperate lavatory area for use by two guests at once.

The in-laws will be comfortable in the main floor living room full sleeper with the three-sided gas fireplace for ambiance and the views of Breckenridge at night, plus their own full bath! Laundry facilities and a heated two car garage with storage for your gear finish the setting for a great vacation.

Local full time owners ensure that your stay is as rewarding and memorable as possible. We stive to create a positive and safe experience for our guests. The drive and decks are kept clear of snow for your safety and Jeff is available for emergencies and information about Breckenridge to help with a worry free holiday. The home is stocked for your arrival with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, napkins, hand soap, laundry detergent and spices.

ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION

* The Ski Home is a three-level home with an occupied, completely seperate apartment at the patio level. All you share is the driveway! Not the garage or hot tub. Complete privacy. Maximum occupancy is 9! Strictly enforced. Four night minimum with occasional exceptions. 5 night minimum during March High Season. Call or write for details. A $500 damage deposit is required for all rentals. To book, a 2 night lodging deposit is required then the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A cleaning fee of $125 is also collected in the final payment. 11.68% town accommodation tax is INCLUDED in the rate.

Jeff and I have lived in Breckenridge since 1994. We came to ski and fell in love with the summers. We are here for our guests! Jeff's job is to ensure that all aspects of your stay are taken care of. We hope you will enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer as much as we do!

Very Nice - Clean

Two families with a total of nine people spent a week at this property. Owners are very engaged, and provide a very comfortable home for your use. Views from house are stunning, and a short walk and you are on the slopes. Little things are provided at property that you wouldn't pack......a nice touch. We met owner Jeff, and he was very personable and passionate about the area and his property. He has the heated garage set up for your staging area to get gear on and off and store there. This feature is great as it keeps all the equipment out of house, and secure. Hot tub is great as you look off into the mountain tops. Bathrooms were clean and offered space for the nine of us. If I had to offer any critique, the beds in the master and second bedroom were not great, thankfully everyone was exhausted and this is a minor point. No complaints from the bunk bed crowd however. Overall, I would come back here in a minute. Thanks Jeff !

Still the Absolute Best Place for Convenience, Space, View, Value!!

I have stayed here Ski Home about a dozen times over the past decade. If you can live with simple appointments and furnishings, you should never stay anywhere else. I spent a week at Crystal Peak Lodge in a one-bedroom condo at the base of Peak 7 before spending the following week at Ski Home. Crystal Peak Lodge cost half-again as much and offered no advantage save being 20 meters from the lifts.

This is a wonderfully functional place. Owners Jeff and Kathleen are meticulous about Ski Home. Everything works and in the rare event of a slip up, Jeff jumps right on top of it. No "engineer" in any hotel could keep up with him. Most condos and rentals of this style have a severely limited selection of pots, pans, spices, etc. Not here. Ski Home, because the owners are always at hand, need not depend on rigid rules. I have always found packages of hot chocolate mix, frequent shopper cards for the local grocery, menus for dozens of local restaurants and dozens of take-one, leave-one books.

I've skied Whistler-Blackcomb, Deer Valley, Santa Fe and others and never had more satisfactory accomodations. Every other place I have stayed comes up short on something Ski Home has.

A fantastic family vacation!

We shared this house with another family and really enjoyed the house and the location. The house is vary spacious and just a short walk (about the length of a football field) to the slopes. The home owner was extremely helpful. We got new snow each day of our stay and he came to clear the driveway and the back patio while we were out skiing. This allowed us to come home after a long day of skiing and use the jacuzzi without having to shovel a path. He also went above and beyond when we had a dead car battery. He drove up to the house in about 10 minutes and jumped our car so we could get to the airport on time.

You can stop looking right now........

The pictures do not do justice to just how nice this place is. I have stayed at A LOT of places in the Summit County area and this is BY FAR the nicest one. I have stayed at places that cost twice as much per night as this place that were not as nice. My wife usually has terrible allergies at these places due to the lack of genuine cleanliness....nothing here AT ALL! The location is perfect and was ski in/ski out even with my 5 and 8 year old skiers. There is no need to look further, THIS is the place you want to stay. Stocked amazingly well with literally EVERYTHING you need. Stayed there with my parents (70's), wife and 3 kids (3,5,8).

Fabulous Ski Home

We are a family of five from South Africa who just visited Breckenridge. We stayed in probably one of the best homes ever! Jeff and Kathleen's Ski Home exceeded all off our expectations. Upon arrival we found the house in an immaculate condition -even more beautiful than the pictures (which doesn't always happen). The house is extremely well stocked with spices, all cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, towels and linen. Jeff arrived soon after to welcome us and to show us the ropes and help with any questions we had. He also cleaned the driveway and balconies every day without being obtrusive. The hot tub on the balcony and the jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom was amazing after a day on the slopes! We also made good use of the barbecue for family dinners.Our teenage boys enjoyed the house tremendously as it is spacious and had a television in every room! The house is also close to the slopes which made it easy for us to get on the slopes and get home afterwards. All in all we had a fantastic time, and would definitely recommend this home to anybody visiting Breckenridge. Thank you Jeff and Kathleen!
