Expedia has rated Trappeur's Crossing Condo in the top 1% of 80,000 units!! The condo has been redecorated; new stove, granite countertops, new dishwasher, microwave, all new carpeting, wood blinds and air conditioning. HDTV in the living room, master & guest bedroom. The condo is one block from the gondola lift (carries 8 people). Van service every 5-10 minutes to and from the gondola area. The view looks on Emerald Mountain. The price includes maid service every day except monthly rentals. Trappeur's Crossing is in the top rated units in Steamboat Springs. Three 18 hole championship golf courses and one 9 hole golf course nearby.

    Summer $200 per night.
    Monthly rentals preferred in Summer.

    Winter:
    $200/night November 17 - December 14.
    $290/night December 15-22.
    $390/night December 23 - January 4.
    $340/night January 15- February 16.
    $340/night February 16 - April 1.
    $200/night April 1 - April 7.
  • CHRISTMAS SPECIAL: December 23rd - January 5th 2012. Must contact owner before September 1st to get special rate.

    SPECIAL: 4/1/2011 - 6/1/2011 $174 per night plus tax or $1440 per month no tax. 9/1/11-12/15/11.
