The condo has been redecorated; new stove, granite countertops, new dishwasher, microwave, all new carpeting, wood blinds and air conditioning. HDTV in the living room, master & guest bedroom. The condo is one block from the gondola lift (carries 8 people). Van service every 5-10 minutes to and from the gondola area. The view looks on Emerald Mountain. The price includes maid service every day except monthly rentals. Trappeur's Crossing is in the top rated units in Steamboat Springs. Three 18 hole championship golf courses and one 9 hole golf course nearby. Amenties/Extras:Indoor/outdoor pool, fireplace, 4 hot tubs (1 inside, 3 outside), sauna, inside shower at swimming pool, washer/dryer, linens included, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils provided, cable TV, VCR, DVD, boom box, DSL.
