Newly renovated house with pool

A La Cotinière, old country house Charentais, completely renovated in 2013 in a walled garden of 630 m² with heated 9m x 4.5m pool.

The house has a living room (40 m²) with lounge, dining room with an open kitchen and three bedrooms (17, 16 and 13 sqm) with two bathrooms including toilets and separate toilets. All rooms opens to the south, on the terrace, garden and pool. The house has underfloor heating.

The renovation was done to preserve and enhance the typical elements of oléronaise architecture while bringing the comforts of home for a prefectural rank 4 stars. Were restored fireplace, well, so characteristic of the island and the whitewashed walls.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout of the house is particularly suitable for couples. After your race, your well-equipped kitchen will allow you to showcase local products (do not hesitate to taste céteaux and squid, local specialties).

In an emergency, but we do not want you, you will find on site doctors and pharmacy.

In the late afternoon, still on foot, you can go for a drink at the bar enjoying the Gaite light on the fishing harbor, before returning to the friendly atmosphere of the Oyster Bar Pigouille (yes oysters Oléron are good even in summer!) and finish your evening with a stroll along the harbor, good gelato from Tamarins in hand!

For a slightly more urban, fifteen minutes by bike bicycle paths and atmosphere you're in Saint-Pierre d'Oleron "capital of the island," with its small shops or clothing, of course, food (not miss the pastries instead of the church), bars and restaurants. If you want to taste the local food market, the correct address is Le P'tit Bouchon, in the main pedestrian artery.

And if you leave the light Oléron you close access to the famous La Palmyre zoo, the construction of the frigate Hermione, or the aquarium at La Rochelle.
