We stayed almost three weeks in this great apartment. We found it the perfect spot to explore Buonos Aires. Everything we needed was there. We were welcomed and very well taking care of by Viviana. We found the restaurant/cafe next to the apartment (La Pharmacie) an attraction on itself. Palermo is definitely the place to be.
We can highly recomment this apartment, and would love to visit it again.

This cozy and comfortable apartment was well-located to explore Palermo, the parks district north of Santa Fe Avenue, and Recoleta. I encourage all renters to make full use of the Subte, with a stop only three blocks away on Santa Fe and one of the best benefits of this apartment. The Subte is safe, quicker than a cab, is far cheaper and can take you as far as the San Telmo fair on Sundays . The apartment is well-supplied with Wi-Fi and appliances, and is stylishly decorated. The neighborhood is interesting, with good cafes on both corners of the block, two supermarkets nearby, and good nightlife options. Omar and Johanna are excellent hosts and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable.
Spacious and charming, the apartment, loft-like, is wonderfully located in one of the nicest parts of Palermo, the tree-lined, pedestrian side of Avenue Charcas. The ambiance of the place is warm and welcoming and filled with light from windows on both sides-- and unusually quiet for an apartment in Buenos Aires. The decor is imaginative, has a personal touch, with very pleasant lighting. The kitchen, well-equipped has all that one needs; I especially appreciated that condiments (oil, sugar, salt, coffee) are left for the next tenant, so I didn’t have to go out and buy them. The bathroom is big with a good shower and nice towels; the bed, large and comfortable with fine quality bedding. There is a library of books in several different languages, and guide books for BA. Right next door is a great restaurant, “La Pharmacie”, excellent menu, superb pasta and deserts! Both Vivi and Johanna, the property managers who look after the apartment, were helpful in every way and made me feel most welcome, as did the owner, Omar. I really enjoyed my stay in this most delightful “aerie”, a world apart from the bustle of the city, a place that feels truly like a home away from home.

I've lived here for 6 months and I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's the apartment I wish I owed in Buenos Aires. Location couldn't be better. Not only the area but the specific block where it sits. Safe at all times, bubbling, trendy full of charming places to eat or have a drink - beautiful shops all around, excellent transport, close to everything but away from the big crowd. The place itself it's not only super spacious which gives you the wow factor as soon as you come in, but it's also full of light and fresh air - warm in winter, fresh in the summer. Omar the owner is beyond kind, patient and accommodating, Vivi the property manager a lovely person to deal with always happy to help, Elena the cleaner very reliable and friendly. A dream for anyone who wants to enjoy the best side of Buenos Aires... Sad to leave but very grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy this stunning full of love and warmth home. Thanks to Omar, Vivi, Johanna and Elena!

This is upper Palermo, which lies between posh Recoleta and busier Palermo Soho and Hollywood. The flat is on a semi-pedestrian stretch of Boulevard Charcas, between Vidt and Bulnes streets, just near Plaza Guemes. There's a cafe with great empanadas on the corner downstairs, another cafe with fabulous breakfasts on the next corner down and an ice-cream shop on the corner opposite that. Parallel to Avenida Santa Fe (the tree-lined high street) with upmarket Alto Palermo Shopping Mall and an underground stop (Bulnes on Line D, the green line, which runs directly into the city centre) all three short blocks away. Walking distance to the more touristy Palermo Soho neighborhood with great shopping, including the mythic tango club Salon Canning. 10 min away by taxi from Palermo Hollywood with trendy restaurants and cafes. Heading east, walk to the Palermo Woods.
