This large luxury condo has 4 bedrooms / 3 baths but can be rented as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom unit. It's on the 3rd level, so you have privacy plus no pool noise. Our condo comes with great amenities like central air, satellite TV, VCR, CD stereo, internet & free calls world wide. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like doing the cooking on this vacation let one of our gourmet chefs do it for you. So sit back & relax in the inviting leather couches & prepare for a real vacation. There are 2 master suites facing the ocean, each with king size beds & master baths & patio doors that open to a furnished ocean view terrace. For those that like the refreshing ocean breezes you will love this condo.The 3rd & 4th bedrooms each have queen beds, but are still very comfortable & spacious. These two bedrooms share a bath. So if you are tired of that same old Hotel type of vacation, spend a week of pure relaxation in this beautiful ocean front condo.

Notes: Our Condo has TWO Master Bedrooms over looking the ocean with each having a king size bed, & TWO back bedrooms each having a queen size bed. So if you have two couples renting the condo, they will both have a ocean looking Master Bedroom. That is not always the case when renting a 3 Bedroom condo. They would only has one ocean Master Bedroom. Plus we have internet connection and free Vonage calls back to the US & Canada. Daily Maid Service 6 days a week. Plus the condo is on the third floor which will give you a better view and more privacy. You will avoid the pool noise and no one can look into your unit from the pool area.

Its close proximity to town, dive boat pick up, and great snorkeling just in front of the condo make this condo the perfect spot to spend a dream vacation.

Amenities: Condo #3N comes with great amenities like central air conditioning, Satellite TV, VCR, and CD Stereo. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like doing the cooking on this vacation let one of our gourmet chefs do it for you. The dining room seats eight, and there is additional seating at the lunch counter which has four stools. So sit back and relax in the inviting leather couches and prepare for a real vacation.

This large 4BR condo with 3 bathrooms is the best price/performance on the island!!! On the ocean north of town, swimming pool, great snorkeling off the dock in front of the property, nice deck, large 3rd floor balcony off the spacious living room will accomodate "cocktail hour" with fabulous views of the sunset, wall of windows in the living room and also in the two large master bedrooms, central air conditioning with ceiling fans in every room, fully furnished kitchen, near the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, within walking distance of downtown and near the airport. Perfect place for a family vacation or for getting away with your friends for a Cozumel scuba, golf, and margarita escape! Highly recommended as the best place to stay on the island.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a marvelous time staying at this property. The accommodations were excellent. It's size makes it perfect
for family, or 4 couples to enjoy. It is is within walking distance of downtown, if you enjoy exercise. The maid and other service personnel are very helpful, friendly, and competent. Snorkeling is great right at this site. The pool is well maintained. We would certainly use this facility again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
