Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 8-9)

Luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with 2 fireplaces over 3,000 sq. ft. duplex, including beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms with all the trimmings. Property also features an 11 X 29 sq.ft. sunroom off the master. Enjoy your 10 ft. bar area in your spacious living room with large formal dining room. There is a spacious kitchen with an adjacent breakfast dining area. Many extras included; boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, beach toys and more. For the youngsters, we have a highchair, port-a- crib, stroller and plenty of kids toys (play kitchen, books, cars, and much more). We offer a wine cooler for our wine lovers as well. Please request any extras that would make your vacation as special and easy as possible at no extra charge and we will try to accommodate you.

Property also includes an 11x29 sq. ft. balcony overlooking amazing sunsets and the La Costa Spa and Golf Course. It's a gem! Please call for availability and information. We loved our stay in this vacation rental it was our first time doing this! The kids loved it also, and loved that your garage was filled with toys and many beach going iteams! Great to stay in a house and not a hotel!

Thank you Sharon, we had a wonderful time in your lovely Carlsbad condo. The home accommodated our family of 5 adults and our 2 young granddaughters very comfortably. The girls especially enjoyed the time we spent out by the pool and after sunset sitting around the fire pit making smores and looking at the beautiful night sky. The pictures on the web sight are totally accurate and Sharon was a great help in making sure we had everything we needed, including lots of additional bedding options and a garage full of toys, stroller, beach chairs and pool floats. I would totally look to rent this home again in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. We loved the second level deck with pool view and fabulous sunsets. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We'll appointed vacation rental that made us fell right at home.

What a great home for a family vacation!!! The home is spacious with very comfortable and kid-friendly furniture. The well stocked kitchen is great for making meals at home. The beds were great, with top quality linens. The pool, jacuzzi, and patio for enjoying the sunset are just awesome. As great as the home is, the best thing is the hospitality of the host. Sharon provided us with toys and strollers for the kids, beach supplies, and coupons for us to use at Legoland, etc. She even checked in on us a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything else. You just couldn't ask for a better host. When we make our way back to the San Diego area, Sharon will certainly be the person I reach out to first.

We had a wonderful week in this Duplex in Carlsbad. Having the heated pool meant that out kids always had something to do, even when it was cloudy and cool. The duplex itself was very comfortable and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 kids. The location was convenient to all the activities, yet allowed us to be away from the hustle and bustle so we could relax. The weather was better a little in land too. Our neighbors in the duplex were very friendly.
We'd recommend this property to everyone.
