Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located just 50 ft from the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach offers something for everyone. Surf fishing, swimming, surfing, shelling and if you plan your trip between April & October you will be treated to watching giant Loggerhead & Leatherback turtles laying their eggs in the sand dunes every evening. Our shores are the largest egg-laying grounds in the world! Just 1 hour to Disney World & 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Spring time visitors can watch the Washington Nationals Spring Training Camp. Golf courses galore!

We have stayed at this location for a week each summer for several years. Ocean at your door, beach is great and turtle watching is awesome.
We have enjoyed the area as it is is convenient to everything. Great place to just relax and go at a slower pace. Many excellent restaurants in the area as well as shopping We look forward to each July.

PERFECT LOCATION!

I stayed in this property for 11 days the first part of February...if you are looking for the the best location on the beach, the view from the master suite is priceless! It's very close to all the restaurants and bars not to mention you get a 3/3 at very affordable rates. Johnnie and Susan(his wife) took great care of me and you will probably become their friend, he's like the mayor in town. Thanks, for everything, Johnnie!

Great Beach Location

This place was much more convenient to the beach than many other condos that I have rented in the area. It was clean and well kept up. Not as well outfited as some places that are also used as an owner residence, but definitely has enough ammenities that are needed. Plenty spacious for many people and the kitchen is easy to work in and prepare for a large group. The patio and furniture was wonderful for late night cocktails or early morning coffee with a wonderful ocean view. I was there with family and then with girl friends. It was very relaxing and enjoyed long walks on the beach.

Fantastic view!!!

We rented this townhouse in May 2011. It was clean upon arrival and somewhat well appointed. The only things I can say negative would be that there were some small maintenance issues, like a broken back door lock. Nothing serious. It is an older townhouse so maintenance issues come with the territory. It was very quiet there, no partying noisy neighbors and the beach was clean and I really appreciated the native plants located between the townhouse and the ocean. The view is spectacular from both levels of the townhouse. The linens were provided but they were a bit skimpy. There were very few towels and washcloths; the beds only had a sheet, no blanket. I prefer not to sleep under decorative bed covers, as I know they are not laundered regularly, but had to the week we stayed. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. The renter is very organized and professional. You won't have a problem from him.
