Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located just 50 ft from the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean. Our beach offers something for everyone. Surf fishing, swimming, surfing, shelling and if you plan your trip between April & October you will be treated to watching giant Loggerhead & Leatherback turtles laying their eggs in the sand dunes every evening. Our shores are the largest egg-laying grounds in the world! Just 1 hour to Disney World & 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Spring time visitors can watch the Washington Nationals Spring Training Camp. Golf courses galore!

We have vacationed here since 2007. So many times the description misleads you by saying the town home is on the ocean when it is not. But this rental is on the ocean!
The views are great and the complex is very private and quiet. The home is nice inside and has always been very clean. The owner has always provided us good customer service.

We also like the home as we are allowed to bring our dog with us.

The area is very friendly and you always feel safe while walking. It is also family oriented. The restaurants are very good too.

If you are ever in need of medical facilities, there are many very close by.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great townhouse for families

This was the perfect townhouse for the beach! It was clean, well-maintained & everything was beach-friendly. Having a garage was great for surfboards, fishing gear, kids' stuff. The location was perfect - good surf spot, nice beach for walking & running & close to food & shopping. Quiet end of the street & the grassy area leading up to the beach was perfect for our boys to run around. We stayed for a month & it felt like home. Can't wait to rent again next year!
