Before entering it is immediately apparent that this is a typical Dutch house. The house exists out of 5 floors. Upon arrival at the ground floor you will find the newly built, but old-looking, kitchen and dining area. From the ground floor is a narrow staircase to the first floor where the living room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed (sleeps 2) can be found. From the living room is the stairs to the second floor, where the original bedroom was located. Next to the original bedroom is the bathroom with shower and toilet, which you can also reach from the small hallway. In the hallway is the third staircase to the third floor, where the bedroom with a basic kitchen unit is located. (In this room the height under the authentic beams is 1.75 meter) Lastly, the last stairs to the loft, this room will function as a bedroom also.

2 bedrooms with double bed which can be converted into singles. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 living room with sofa bed sleeps 2.

The size if this original Dutch house is 80m2 , this makes the atmosphere and rooms (16m2) very cosy and 'Gezellig' as we say in The Netherlands.

The Old Centre of Amsterdam is probably the best known for it's prostitution and coffee shops. Fortunately, the Old Centre of Amsterdam has even more to offer. The Old Centre exists of the beautiful Canal houses and off course the well known Amsterdam Canals.

One minute walking you can find The Dam, the most famous square in Amsterdam (and probably the Netherlands) from where the historical side of the city was build. The Dam is 750 meter located from the Central Station of Amsterdam. All the well known streets, like Damstraat, Warmoesstraat and Kalverstraat, come out to the Dam.

Next to the beautiful surroundings you will be located in, everything is one minute away. Shopping in the Kalverstraat, business meetings in The Grand or Krasnapolski, good restaurants at the Canals and going-out at Rembrandt square.
