The decor, good taste and style of the house reflects the concern of owners for the comfort and elegance. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The interiors are spacious and open with high ceilings and surfaces at different levels. They built on three floors, the main living areas, kitchen, living room with fireplace, are ground entrance to the house. At the top is the master bedroom with adjoining living room open to the living room and fireplace. At the bottom, two large bedrooms with direct access to the beach. Ninety percent of the house gives us constantly overlooking the sea, blown and two terraces, give us the feeling of going on a boat.
An inner courtyard with Andalusian flavor, can be integrated into the home by opening sliding doors letting in the night fragrance plants like the lady at night. On the main deck at night you feel you can reach the stars.
The Beach House: It is also a paradise for golfers, since its location does not compete with the proximity of many spectacular golf courses, such as Finca Cortesin (15 min.), Doña Julia (8 min. ) Duquesa Golf (15 min.), Sotogrande (20 min.), Valderrama (25 min.) Flamingos Hotel Villapadierna (20 min.) Almenara (25 min.), La Alcaidesa (30 min.) ... and many other. Besides, July and August are low season months, so there are plenty of special offers relating to green fees or packages (green fee and buggy).
A fun outing, especially for lovers of water sports, and only an hour's drive rate is dune beaches ideal for windsurfing or kiteboarding and enjoy the atmosphere that surrounds these sports white sand.
The Beach House:
Magnificent house, a stone's throw from the sea with spectacular views (Rock of Gibraltar, mountains of Morocco ...) on the 'New Golden Mile' on a promontory that divides two quiet beaches, isolated from the usual bustle of La Costa del Sol. In one of them, Bahia Beach, in a simple and cozy snack bar, you can sample the delights of Mediterranean food including the famous typical local 'fried fish', an alternative to other more sophisticated sites that give fame this coast.
The resort has 6 private pools, one a hundred yards from the house and tennis court. A 5 kms. is the Port of Estepona full of restaurants, bars and pubs. and 12 kms. in Sabinillas the picturesque marina of La Duquesa. And if you want to rub elbows with the famous 'Jet set' to 26kms. is the famous Puerto Banus.
There are other charming villages to explore: Istan, a former Arab village hidden beneath the Sierra Blanca, bordering the Green River Valley, Jimena de la Frontera, another gem, its steep cobbled streets leading to the ruins of castle on top. The old village of Castellar de la Frontera located within the walls of a 13th century Moorish castle is unique for its location. Gaucin, Ronda ...
And Casares, that typical 'white village', which climbs up the mountain to a rocky outcrop with spectacular views, just nine miles from the coast, away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol. The spectacular scenery of the rugged Sierra Bermeja Mountains are home to a colony of vultures. These majestic birds, with a wingspan of two meters, glide on thermals above the fields, deep gorges and pine forested ridges. The Natural Reserve of Sierra Crestellina is near the town, is a popular destination for birdwatchers and hiking fiends.
